| 4 Corners send off Ride. 6/23 Man I had been looking forward to the VTX 4 Corners Canyon ride for over a year. But here it is and I cannot go? Many reasons all financial. But it just wont work. So I meet the riders who were going at the North Bend Chevron. I rode with them East to Ellensburg. At that point I said goodbye, have a great trip, and ride safe. |
As they headed off I turned South and rode down the Yakima Canyon. This is a great little ride along the Yakima river thru the Canyon. It was early but on a hot summer day the river will be full of rafters. From Selah headed back East on Hwy 12 to Hwy 410. |
| The mountain pass is spectacular with ok to good winding mountain roads. Snow patches and Mt Rainier looming to the south. Did a little bit of GPS searching along the way. Stopping at interesting intersections and checking the small gps I carry to see were these roads went. Found a couple that need to be checked out but did not do it that day. I think I got some great video. |
