3 Pass Blast 2008
Date 05/17/08

Could it be that spring has arrived. I think this may have been the best weather in the 3 year history of
the
3 Pass Blast. The Buzz Inn parking lot was overflowing. We had several groups move out at different
times so we were not one huge group. All of the individual groups seemed to have there own agendas
well planned. There was one count of around 82 bikes at Zekes. But there were a couple of groups and
that left before the count and one that was behind. So I think we were well over 100 bikes this year.

The main group of VTX riders had planned a lunch at
Country Boys BBQ in Cashmere.  We all rolled in
around 12:30 with around 50 plus bikes. They took great care of us. There was outdoor area with tables
and they took many orders there. I don't think they usually do that. We all were well feed over the next
hour or so.

We headed back towards the Hwy 97 intersections gassing up at the Shell station just east of the
intersection. As we headed out we hit the stop light and saw the Leavenworth group just beat us to the
intersections. So pretty good timing for us to all hit the intersection at the same time.

It will be interesting to see what we get for the 4th Annual 3 Pass Blast in 2009.

Video soon.
